Before we start

What will it cost, and when can it launch?: The scope, deliverables and price are agreed before work starts. A timeline follows the definition of the first version; there is no preset package or duration here.
Can we work on an existing product?: Yes. The existing audit offer can help establish the current risks, constraints and next step before committing to a build.
Who owns the code and accounts?: Ownership, access and handover are defined in the written proposal. We clarify these terms before starting.
What happens after launch?: Handover, stabilization or continued development depends on the proposal. Support scope is agreed explicitly.
